NYC Marathon 2019

I’m William Ott

I am a Long Island based physical therapist, running coach, strength and conditioning specialist, dog dad, runner, golfer, and seltzer enthusiast. My goal is to help endurance athletes stay out of the injury cycle and keep them training consistently around the demands of life. I understands that staying active is imperative for your physical and mental health. Whether you are new to the world of endurance sports or you are qualifying for the Boston Marathon I am here to provide actionable advice to help you reach your potential.

I have seen too many patients just told that rest and medications will help solve their problem. The game has changed and staying active, training around injuries, and loading the injured region is the wave of the future.

As a concierge therapist, I can see you in your home, office, or a local gym (if possible).

I have always been an athlete and a competitor. It is instilled in me. I grew up playing soccer at a high level, but had multiple knee injuries that derailed my career at an early age. Thankfully, my past has helped shape my career and has fueled my passion of helping athletes stay active and mitigate injury. I have been able to navigate the murky waters of injury and have been training consistently for the past 7 years by taking simple actionable measures. I love working with patients, alleviating the stress of managing an injury alone, and being a resource for all of your athletic needs. That is why I set out to keep endurance athletes performing the activities they love and help them reach their Movement Potential.
